Responsibilities

-Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
-Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
-Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and preventive measures.
-Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Promote a proactive safety culture through training, workshops, and continuous communication.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on HSE performance metrics.
-Provide expert HSE guidance and support to project teams and management.

Required expertise

-Proven track record as an HSE Professional, preferably within a project-based environment.
-In-depth knowledge of current HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
-Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
-Relevant professional certifications are highly advantageous.
