What you'll do:

• Organize and monitor mandatory training on Health and Safety at work, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and State-Region Agreements.
• Organize and monitor mandatory training on environmental aspects, in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/06.
• Plan training courses for employees, coordinating with suppliers and accredited bodies.
• Support the HSE team in managing internal training, including management of the LEARN platform.
• Keep the training management system (Zucchetti Safety and Learn) up to date, ensuring that deadlines are met and refresher courses are scheduled.
• Collaborate with the RSPP and ASPP to identify training needs and manage training sessions.
• Verify the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback and analysing the skills acquired.
• Coordinate and monitor Health surveillance in accordance with the company Health protocol.
• Liaise with the Competent Doctor for the planning and management of periodic medical examinations, work suitability assessments and updates to the health protocol.
• Ensure the registration and archiving of health documentation on the management system (Zucchetti Safety) in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Report any critical issues and ensure compliance with health deadlines for all workers.
• Compiling periodic reports for management and regulatory bodies, ensuring that all HSE documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations
• Updating and archiving HSE documentation (DVR, DUVRI, safety records, operating procedures, etc.).
• Support the HSE team in managing the technical and professional qualification of suppliers, as required by Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Providing support in certification activities (ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 Worker Safety, ISO 50001 Energy).

What you'll bring:

• A base knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and sustainability practices within corporate environments.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
• Strong results and problem-solving orientation.
• Proactive and continuous improvement-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with various levels of the company.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• You know how to work in a team and promote a corporate culture oriented towards safety and sustainability.
• Knowledge of management software for safety and risk management (knowledge of the "Zucchetti Safety" platform is a plus) is a nice to have.
