Location : UK ( remote)
We are currently seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Consultant to lead, develop and assure HSE performance across Greensolver's renewable energy portfolio, including Wind, Solar and Energy Storage assets.

• Contractor and subcontractor HSE management
As part of the company's technical team and working closely with stakeholders, the HSE consultant will be the HSE leader for Greensolver.
The post will involve occasional travels to wind, solar and storage sites in the UK and also abroad. Climbing wind turbines will be necessary sometimes, as well as carrying out site audits. This post is therefore not recommended for people susceptible to dizziness or with cardiac problems.
On-call duty, covering one weekend in five on average, is to be expected (on-call by telephone, not requiring travel). Preferably you will have had Operational Controller training under the Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
Qualifications / Experience
Languages: English. Another language will be a plus.
More than five years' experience in the REN sector and more specifically in wind asset management, wind maintenance, or construction management. Any other sector skills or experiences over the ones specified above will be a plus (PMO, Due Diligence, project development...)
We are looking for someone with good communications skills, analytic and proactive, to integrate the team. Ability to organise and prioritise tasks

Salary: Competitive salary dependant on experience, with fixed and variable salary. 25 days' annual leave , in additional to public holidays.

We are currently seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Consultant to lead, develop and assure HSE performance across Greensolver's renewable energy portfolio, including Wind, Solar and Energy Storage assets.
Externally
- Ensure robust implementation and ongoing compliance with HSE standards across all managed Wind, Solar and Storage assets.
- Provide expert HSE support to operational teams, with a primary focus on the UK with additional international support as required.
- Represent Greensolver in client meetings on HSE-related matters, including providing expert input, assurance, and guidance.
- Plan and conduct HSE audits and site inspections, including client-facing and third-party audits.

- Coordinate with external HSE specialists and service providers across multiple geographies (e.g. Netherlands, Poland, Greece, France).
- Represent Greensolver in industry forums and working groups, including participation in Wind Association safety initiatives (e.g. SafetyOn).
Internally
- Develop, maintain and govern HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting documentation.
- Define, implement and monitor HSE KPIs across all operating geographies, providing meaningful performance insights.
- Establish and manage processes related to:
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Training and competency management
• Operational procedures
• Contractor and subcontractor HSE management
- Provide leadership and support for incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and tracking of corrective actions.
- Track, manage and promote closure of HSE actions using both internal and external reporting and assurance systems.
- Develop and evolve HSE-related service offerings for Greensolver's clients.
- Actively promote and embed a positive safety culture across Greensolver, including delivering internal HSE training and awareness sessions.
- Monitor changes in relevant national and international HSE legislation and assess impacts on both renewable assets and Greensolver as an organisation.

- Provide regular, clear and concise HSE performance reporting to the Technical Director and CEO.
- As & when needed, deliver operational support to the UK Asset Management team (management of contractors, site visits, etc...)

Qualifications / Experience
- Hold relevant Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH National Diploma or working towards.
- Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) as Technical or Graduate Member
- Have knowledge of Risk Assessment practices, COSHH and the implementation of appropriate control processes
- Have at least 3 years of experience from a similar HSE role within wind, storage or solar and experience with HSE company policies and processes
- In depth knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environment Legislation, including WTSR & CDM regulation.
- Knowledge of EU and International HSE Legislation and the ability to interpret government approved Codes of Practices to ensure legal compliance (desirable)
- Have experience of working at height and GWO Training
- Have good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
