Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives for a major Data Center construction project. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and German and have previous experience in managing HSE functions specifically within Data Center projects.  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to, developing safety protocols, and driving a culture of safety on site. You will work closely with contractors, management, and site teams to assess risks, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE operations for Data Center construction
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations
• Conduct site audits and risk assessments
• Provide HSE training and support to all staff
• Report incidents and drive continuous safety improvements

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
•  HSE experience in Data Center or similar projects
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
