Purpose of the position: As HSE Coordinator, you will respond to the Project HSE Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Italian projects. You will be able to manage and support a team of HSE Advisors (ASPP).

What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Engineering or Sciences
Experience: 5 years as a HSE technician within Oil and Gas field.
Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English
Technical Skills: Training as RSPP or ASPP (ateco 4 or 5), mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training, plus; IOGP or NEBOSH IGC, plus; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team leader certify, plus;
IT Skills: Microsoft Office

Purpose of the position: As HSE Coordinator, you will respond to the Project HSE Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Italian projects. You will be able to manage and support a team of HSE Advisors (ASPP).
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Assist the HSE Manager in the field in coordinating all project activities and monitoring the implementation of the project's HSE Plans and procedures throughout all phases and activities of the assigned project area.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in strict compliance with the CONTRACTOR's HSE policies and in accordance with the HSE requirements of the HSE Management System
- Support the preparation of project HSE documents when requested by PHSEM/FHSEM and participate in periodic HSE meetings when requested by PHSEM/FHSEM
- Coordinate and support the contractor's and subcontractor's safety managers and regularly review construction activities and verify full compliance with the HSE Management System
- Identify and report all non-conformities and follow-up actions and establish and monitor the HSE system
- Participate in incident/accident investigations as requested by PHSEM/FHSEM and support PHSE/FHSEM in analyzing incident/accident statistics, identifying trends and providing recommendations for any necessary corrective actions
- Provide support to the Site Advisors on any HSE-related matters.
