Job Description

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / LNG projects.
• Prior experience in QatarEnergy / Ras Laffan projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Certifications (Mandatory):

• NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
• IOSH / OSHA Certification
• Valid First Aid & Fire Safety training (preferred)
