Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is seeking an HSE Manager in E Mobility in Germany. You will be part of the Germany & Austria Region (DAT) and the Operations Team, based in Germany, with availability for site visits across these countries and occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and regional offices in Germany and Austria.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Eni policies related to health, safety, environmental protection and public safety
- Develop, update and maintain the HSE Management System in compliance with applicable legislation and Eni's regulatory framework
- Support the employer in the prevention, protection and promotion of occupational health and safety, environmental protection and public safety at assigned workplaces
- Contribute to internal control activities, including technical audits and verification of compliance with local legislation
- Monitor and report HSE and public safety performance indicators
- Manage general services activities, ensuring service quality, effectiveness and cost control
- Coordinate HSE-related activities with relevant Eni functions and internal stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
- Higher education in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g. environmental protection, chemistry, biotechnology, construction, mechanical engineering or related natural sciences)
- Additional training or certifications in occupational health and safety, environmental protection or industrial hygiene are considered an advantage
- Proven professional experience in occupational health and safety and/or environmental management
- Solid knowledge of German legislation related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection
- Language requirements: German (native or C1) and English (C1). Italian is a plus
- Independent, structured and reliable working style, with strong communication skills and adaptability
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Austria
