And now, we're looking for a passionate Health & Safety Manager to join our brand-new Derby site and work directly with our project team, automation specialists, and key stakeholders to create a culture where safety is simply how we do things.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

You'll be the go-to expert for all things Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), helping us build a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day SHE support and advice to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation.
• Developing, implementing, and communicating SHE policies tailored to the needs of a new, dynamic site.
• Meeting annual SHE objectives, measured through our performance management system.
• Supporting the wider SHE function in delivering the business plan.
• Coordinating and driving SHE initiatives, ensuring safety is embedded in every process and every team.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

We're looking for someone who's confident, collaborative, and ready to lead from the front.
Essential

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven capability to develop and deliver improvement plans

Desirable

• Experience in an automation environment
• Experience working within a customer project team
