Yourmissions :

Context

Ceva EcatiD is seeking an HSE Manager to support its entities dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and maintaining innovative equipment for animal health. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying the Group's HSE policy and providing direct, ontheground support to operational managers. You will play a strategic role in strengthening and elevating the HSE maturity level across all sites.
Your scope covers two locations:
• EcatiD (Plouédern - Finistère): 140 employees across two sites.
• Desvac (SaintBarthélemyd'Anjou - MaineetLoire): 30 employees.

Your responsibilities

Develop HSE culture
• Promote the HSE policy across teams.
• Support managers in implementing best practices and HSE standards.
• Organize awareness, prevention, and training initiatives.
• Lead the CSSCT committee.
• Foster safe behaviors and support change management.
• Lead HSE management reviews.

Risk assessment, prevention, and management
• Update the Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) and identify hazardous situations.
• Propose, implement, and monitor action plans.
• Ensure regulatory watch and maintain site compliance.
• Oversee the proper application of HSE procedures.
• Lead accident investigations and define corrective actions.
• Manage mandatory regulatory training.
• Prepare prevention plans.
• Oversee waste management and chemical risk control.
• Support building construction and site expansion projects.

Drive indicators and continuous improvement
• Monitor HSE KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on corrective measures.
• Present HSE reviews to leadership committees.

Yourprofile :

Profile sought
• Bachelor's to Master's degree in HSE / QHSE or equivalent.
• Solid experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong command of risk assessment and HSE regulatory frameworks.

Key competencies
• Robust HSE expertise combined with a handson, fieldoriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teaching ability, listening, and leadership.
• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
• Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and a proactive mindset.

Location
Position based in Finistère (Plouédern - 20 minutes from Brest).
Regular travel between Plouédern and SaintBarthélemyd'Anjou (approximately once per month).
