What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare/Review, Implement andMonitor HSE Policies and Procedures.
Conduct Site Inspections, Safety Audits, and Risk Assessments.
Ensure Compliance with Local Safety Regulations and Company Standards.
Investigate Incidents, Accidents, and Near Misses, and Prepare Reports.
Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and Awareness Training.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and Safe Work Practices.
Prepare and Maintain HSE Documentation and Records.
Coordinate Emergency Response and Safety Drills.
Develop and expand peoplecapabilities by regular and comprehensive feedback on Management system.

Who we are looking for

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,Environmental Science or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of Experience in a similar HSE Role.
8 years required in relatedexperience or utility projects
Minimum 2-3-year experience in HSEauditing
NEBOSH Diploma is preferred.
Good Communication and ReportingSkills.
Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Additional Requirements: Abu DhabiPublic Health Center Practitioner Course,
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSElegislation, codes of practice
UAE Driving License is a MUST.
