Job Description
We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities, including risk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, and contractor HSE performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadand monitor HSE and process safety activities.
• Reviewproject specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
• Conductrisk analysis, HAZOP, HAZID, What-if studies, and participate in QRA.
• ReviewMOC for process, equipment, and chemical changes.
• Providetechnical safety guidance for critical construction and operationalactivities.
• Promoteprocess safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
• NEBOSHcertification is mandatory.
• CSPcertification is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 8 years experience in process safety.
• Strongknowledge of HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, MOC, PTW, JSA, and process safetymanagement.
• Fluentin English.
