Job Title: EHS Training Instructor
Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract Position
Location: Boden, Sweden
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours per day)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Instructor will deliver both practical and theoretical training to construction workers, aligned with industry standards and site safety regulations. This role plays a key part in upskilling the workforce and ensuring full compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct EHS induction sessions for new site workers
- Deliver construction-related training, including:
- Permit to Work (PTW)
- Supervisor Training
- Risk Assessment Training
- Hazardous Chemicals Awareness
- Excavation Safety Awareness
- Other relevant EHS and construction safety topics

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 2 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management, preferably within construction or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in construction
- Experience in delivering training to diverse groups
- Ability to adjust training delivery to different learning styles and skill levels
- Good administrative skills and strong organizational abilities
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Additional preferred language skills: Russian, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Romanian, Albanian
- Education preferably in Training and Development, Occupational Health and Safety, NEBOSH, train the trainer, or similar qualifications
