HSE Site Manager - Wind Farm Construction (Europe)
We are seeking an experienced HSE Site Manager to support the construction of utility-scale wind farm projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site HSE activities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Promote a strong safety culture across site teams and contractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wind farm, renewable energy, or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work across Europe
