To join this exciting new journey, we are now seeking a Real Estate & HSE Manager - a key role at the heart of our growth. You'll have the unique opportunity to design and implement real estate and facility strategies, building a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment from the ground up as we launch and secure our Dubai operations.
As a Real Estate & HSE Manager, your role will be to define and implement our Real Estate and Facility strategies, supporting business growth and ensuring a safe, efficient and sustainable environment as we establish our new operations.

In this role you will drive two key missions :

1. Real Estates, Facilities & Asset Management :
- Define and implement the Safran Seats Dubai Real Estate, Facilities, and Footprint Strategy to support business growth, operational efficiency, and asset value.
- Lead estate portfolio management, driving space optimization, footprint rationalization, and workplace performance.
- Deliver capital investment, fit-out, and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets.
- Manage outsourced Facilities Management (Hard/Soft Services) contracts, focusing on governance, commercial performance, and service excellence.
- Oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and asset lifecycle management to maximize reliability, availability, and value.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization for Estates & Facilities.
- Set and monitor service delivery standards, KPIs, and benchmarking aligned with industry best practice and continuous improvement.
- Ensure integration across estate planning, capital investment, workforce, and operational requirements.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to align estate and facilities services with objectives.
- Drive digitalization and continuous improvement in estate systems, asset information, and reporting.

2. HSE, Compliance, Risk & Sustainability Management :
- Ensure compliance with all local, regulatory, and corporate HSE requirements for the new facility.
- Establish and promote effective safety protocols, risk assessments, inspections, and clear incident reporting.
- Foster a culture of open communication and continuous HSE improvement, encouraging incident and near-miss reporting.
- Roll out mandatory HSE training for all staff, including inductions, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain full HSE and fire safety compliance.
- Develop and test emergency response plans for construction and initial operations.
- Collect and submit HSE KPIs and indicators as per company and external requirements (e.g., CSRD) through Group systems.
- Manage on-site contractor HSE compliance, including risk assessments, prevention, co-activity management, and close supervision during construction and setup.
- Identify health, safety, and environmental risks for setup and early operations; implement mitigation measures.
- Lead HSE and sustainability communications and initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
- Implement and track carbon/resource reduction strategies; oversee environmental projects and CO₂/energy performance reporting.
- Lead, implement, and improve the Energy Management System (EnMS).

Candidate skills & requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Occupational Health & Safety
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or HSE within an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success managing facilities projects, including capital investments and fit-outs
• Proven ability to manage and optimize outsourced Facilities Management contracts
• Hands-on experience implementing workplace safety protocols and HSE compliance programs
• Strong financial skills for budget planning, analysis, and cost management
• Knowledge of local regulatory and corporate HSE requirements
• Experience reporting HSE indicators and KPIs using modern digital tools
• Fluency in English (professional level)
• Track record leading teams and engaging stakeholders across functions
