  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence to positively influence and challenge where appropriate.
  • Knowledge of RIDDOR reporting requirements.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using new systems.
  • Willingness to travel to services across the organization.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and completing further training where required.
Desirable
  • Experience within health and social care, children's services or education.
  • Experience conducting health and safety audits or inspections.
  • Experience supporting incident investigations and developing improvement plans.
Why join us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your health and safety career in a varied and rewarding role. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to a wide range of environments, and have the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a genuine difference to the lives of children, young people and colleagues.

If you're passionate about creating safer workplaces, enjoy building positive relationships and want to be part of an organization committed to continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
