Purpose of the position: As HSE Coordinator, you will respond to the Project HSE Manager and be part of the ENCAR within Italian projects. You will be able to manage and support a team of HSE Advisors (ASPP).

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Support the HSE Manager in coordinating project activities and monitoring the effective implementation of HSE Plans and procedures across all project phases.
• Ensure that all construction activities are executed in full compliance with the Contractor's HSE policies and the HSE Management System requirements.
• Coordinate and support contractors' and subcontractors' safety managers, reviewing site activities and verifying compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify, report and follow up on HSE non-conformities, support the establishment and monitoring of the HSE system, and participate in incident/accident investigations and analyses.
• Support the preparation of project HSE documentation, participate in HSE meetings when required, and provide ongoing assistance to Site Advisors on HSE-related matters.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: Engineering or Sciences

Experience: 5 years as a HSE technician within Oil and Gas field.

Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English

Technical/IT Skills: Training as RSPP or ASPP (ateco 4 or 5), mandatory; Tap Root or RCA training, plus; IOGP or NEBOSH IGC, plus; ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Team leader certify, plus; Microsoft Office.

What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the prject assigned.
