En identifiant de manière proactive les risques, en déployant des politiques HSE adaptées et en optimisant les services généraux, cette fonction contribue à la réduction des incidents, à l'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateur et au soutien de la performance globale de l'entreprise. Elle permet également d'assurer la conformité aux obligations légales et aux standards internes, limitant ainsi les risques juridiques et les interruptions d'activité.

What You'll Be Doing

Vos missions principales :

• Suivre la réalisation des travaux et contrôler la qualité du service en s'assurant qu'il respecte les normes de sécurité de l'entreprise .
• Etablir les plans de prévention annuels ou spécifiques avec les sous-traitants
• Suivre les engagements pris avec les clients et les sous-traitants
• Assurer une veille technologique et législative HSE
• Mettre à jour et compléter des documents techniques (consignes de sécurité, plan de prévention...).

• Savoir gérer des projets complexes (qui impactent plusieurs métiers et/ou secteurs de l'usine) sur son périmètre.
• Développer la prévention et promouvoir la culture HSE en identifiant et mettant en œuvre les outils et process appropriés sur son périmètre frcc+frsc
• Comprendre les rôles et responsabilités de tous les départements de l'entreprise et comment interagir avec eux.
• Capacité à analyser les écarts et proposer les actions correctives techniques ou organisationnelle
