About the job HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER / ADVISOR

ProFleet Engineering GmbH is recruiting an experienced Health & Safety Officer / Advisor to join our team on a 2.5-year industrial project in both Dresden & Frankfurt, Germany.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the highest health, safety and environmental standards on a major international engineering project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with German HSE legislation and site procedures.
* Conduct site inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations.
* Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
* Prepare and review RAMS, permits and risk assessments.
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
* Support project management in driving a positive safety culture.
* Liaise with clients, principal contractors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
* Experience in Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Power Generation or Industrial Construction.
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practice.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and influence safe behaviours.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Fluent English (German language is advantageous).Location: Dresden & Frankfurt
