Nes Fircroft are delighted to be working with a market leading Oil & Gas Operator who are in the market for an FPSO HSE Lead.

The service holder will be responsible for coordinating all EPC Contractor / Sub-contractor HSE activities on Construction sites to Start-Up phase to ensure, as per Project’s HSE objectives, the site personnel safety, construction integrity, respect for the environment and reputation of the Company.

Duties:
• Ensure full site compliance to the Project HSE Management System.
• Inform the Project H3SE Manager of the need of changes in Project HSE Policy, Plans or Procedures.
• Participate, as required, in Project HSE Management System updates (Policy, Plans and Procedures).
• Develop, as required, additional Project HSE procedures/instructions at site level.
• Ensure through HSE Superintendents, that the Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, is implementing properly his Contract HSE Plan and Objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities as per Company specifications, design and codes.
• Ensure the follow-up of Contractor HSE Progress Incentive scheme.
• Assist the Package Construction Managers in the resolution of their HSE areas of concern.
• Participate, as required, in the performance of HSE reviews and risks assessments.
• Participate to Kick Off Meetings with Contractor/Subcontractors, to regular HSE and/or Progress and/or specific HSE meetings on site.
• Regularly participate to HSE site audits / visits / tours.
• Participate in investigations of significant HSE anomalies, incidents or accidents
