We are currently seeking an Environmental Engineer, reporting directly to TEN Italy Solutions Environmental & Sustainability Division Head to join our Environment team based in Italy, Rome.
About The Job
You will be responsible for developing the Environmental documentation for projects in the energy and infrastructure sector, through:
Soil excavation management plan;
Remediation projects;
Analysis of the environmental aspects of construction phases relevant the several environmental matrices (i.e. air emission, noise, vibrations and construction site water management);
Preparation of mitigation interventions;
Contribute to the definition of design standards and technical specifications;
Verify the project documents drawn up by the contractors;
Environmental/Safety data and technical documentation collection, analysis and management;
Development of technical documentation relevant Environmental Engineering Services;
External consultants Coordination;
Interface / coordination with internal Project team;
Investigation / monitoring activities Coordination;
Work supervision and site survey;
Interface and meetings with Clients, Public Authorities;
Full availability to national/international mobility for either short-or-long-term assignment.

About You
Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 year experience in Environmental Engineering, gained in infrastructure projects or onshore / offshore plants. Experience in international projects is welcome.
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of Italian Environmental Legislation (D.Lgs. 152/2006, D.P.R. n.120/2017) with particular reference to, environmental impact assessment, permitting, constraints analysis, soil and waste management, soil characterization and remediation, environmental monitoring.
Degree with full marks in Environmental Engineering, Geology or similar.
Preferential criteria: ArcGIS use
Languages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent, other languages are a plus
Main Skills:
Excellent teamworking skills, Problem solving, Adaptability, Critical thinking, Time management;
High interest with respect to the current Energy Transition challenges and Digital; Transformation process;
Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills;
Self-motivated, results oriented and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast paced multi-disciplinary team environment;
Enthusiasm and proactivity, curiosity in dealing with new issues;
