Your role and responsibilities
The Regional Vice President of Sales is accountable for profitable growth across all Product Group's in the Motion NEMA Motors (MONM) division supported by the district office organization. This position will work with multiple sales and business leaders in the planning, development, coordination and execution of sales plans within the region of responsibility. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Sales budgets in the Southern region across applicable Product Group's aligned with corporate objectives. • Working with each MONM PG represented by the district office to develop and execute combined sales plans in the region including, accountability for accurate region monthly and annual sales forecast. • Management of ABB support people within the region Including compliance of corporate strategies and policies within the region. • OEM, Channel, Industry, End User, EPC strategy execution for growth in the region through collaboration with Segment and Channel teams on accounts within the region.

Qualifications for the role
- Master's Degree with minimum 10 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum 12 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 14 years experience OR High School Diploma with minimum 16 years experience. Minimum 5 years customer facing experience including strong Motors and Mechanical product market background.
- Strong sales, presentation, relationship and negotiation skills with strategic vision
- SAP - Salesforce - PMP - Lean Six Sigma - Preferred
- Minimum 50% Travel - required
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
