The Team - your impact

As a Business Analyst in the External Communication team, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our external & internal communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of external communication and brand management.

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for external communication and brand
• Performing through analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization
• Translating business requirements into comprehensive IT issues (Epics, User stories, ...)
• Creating test plans and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Supporting the implementation and adoption of technology solutions, working closely with technical teams
• Monitoring and tracking progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
• Development and maintaince of documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
• Providing training and support to end-users to maximize the value and effectiveness of implemented solutions

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

• Long term experience of professional IT or Business experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the field of external communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of external communication and brand management principles and best practices
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
