This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead local operations with accountability for day-to-day execution, exceeding customer expectations through efficient operational performance. Each day, you will drive lean and faultless operations across the extended value chain, optimizing cost and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, implementing, and reviewing the operations strategy for the designated area, based on strategy. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Service division in Zagreb. You will be mainly accountable for: • Being responsible for the operational management of the business, implementing delivery and performance standards, guaranteeing consistent quality and customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability, with an operational team of around seven people whom you manage directly. • Driving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time-right implementation, steering performance by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them. • Coordinating all work on both low and medium voltage installations based on strictly established guidelines, and ensuring health, safety, and integrity management to maintain a safe and honest working environment. • Contributing to the development of short and long-term strategies for operations and project management, and allocating resources effectively to meet operational and project demands. • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team and stakeholders. • Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Manager to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations. • Coordinating contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Legal functions, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Managing all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality, and financial targets are met. • Analyzing customer inquiries and providing technical and commercial support for quotations and other documents, such as contracts, in all technical and commercial aspects. Qualifications for the role
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the MV & LV equipment market.
- Demonstrate at least five years of experience in Project Management or Operations roles.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Display strong leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Communicate fluently in both Croatian and English.
