Job Description SeaRenergy is a company in the offshore wind industry dedicated to providing comprehensive services and innovative solutions for the construction, operation, and maintenance of offshore wind farms. To support operations on the BorWin5 Offshore Grid Connection Project, we are currently searching for a Offshore Logistic Coordinator (m/f/d) starting in February 2025. The platform is currently located in Puerto Real, Spain, and shall be installed offshore in the German North Sea. This role requires initial involvement at our yard in Puerto Real for a minimum of three months prior to sail-away, to integrate with the team and familiarize with the project. Your Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management: Coordinate offshore hook-up and commissioning activities, including scheduling and managing logistics.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage all relevant documentation in English, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and adherence to project timelines.
• Operational Support: Act as a central point of contact for logistics queries and updates during the campaign.
• Coordination: Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring all logistical needs are met efficiently.

Your Profile:

• Education: Intermediate Level Technician (m/f/d) with demonstrable experience will also be considered.
• Experience: Offshore sector experience is highly desirable. Candidates with industrial construction or commissioning project experience will also be considered. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Certifications: Must possess valid offshore certifications (Offshore Medical, Full GWO or BOSIET/FOET, HUET).
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish and German language skills are a plus.
• Skills: Strong coordination and teamwork abilities, especially within international environments. Capable of managing and preparing documentation in English.
