We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Austin, TX area to provide them with a Vice President, Water & Wastewater Engineering. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Vice President, Water & Wastewater Engineering:

#1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

#2. Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).

Requirements of the Vice President, Water & Wastewater Engineering:

• Education & Professional Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred); Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Technical & Leadership Experience: Extensive background in water and wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects for municipalities and public agencies in the Central Texas region (City of Austin experience preferred).
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and steering the financial performance of engineering services.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and champion organizational goals.

Other Key Requirements:

• Work on-site.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
• Non-local candidates must be willing to relocate
