Your role and responsibilities

Job Profile Summary Manages the marketing of ABB's offerings to targeted market segments and oversees their lifecycle in line with market needs and business strategy. Accountable for the long-term profitable growth of offerings. Supports business results by managing each step of the offering lifecycle, including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. Adapts and implements sales support strategy, ensuring technical and commercial support for customers. Oversees estimations, bids, and proposals, ensuring alignment with ABB standards. Leads, develops, and coaches the Sales Support team. Responsibilities • Lead market intelligence analysis. • Identify portfolio gaps and new market opportunities. • Own technical and market specifications, and develop business plans for sustainable growth. • Manage lifecycle processes, including enhancements, cost reductions, and phase-outs. • Drive product market communication strategy and product launch planning. • Coordinate market scenarios with channel partners and sales teams. • Define and communicate product value propositions per segment and channel. • Ensure profitability and margin of offerings.

Qualifications for the role

  • 5+ years of experience leading a business or product management team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a relevant field.
  • Experience in NEMA Motors is an asset.
  • Strong portfolio management and business strategy skills.
  • Expertise in market intelligence and go-to-market strategy.
