What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize features and requirements for WiSNAM’s Power Plant Controllers (PPC), ensuring alignment with renewable energy systems such as wind, PV, BESS, green hydrogen, and microgrids.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the central fleet management system and Farsight™ integrations.
• Create and manage a detailed product backlog for both in-plant and cloud components, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee sprints, milestones, and delivery timelines to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• You are smart and get things done

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in industrial automation or energy sectors

• You are familiar with renewable energy systems, including wind, PV, BESS, and green hydrogen

• You are familiar with Beckhoff platforms and MQTT

• You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects

• You’re an Agile champion with experience implementing Scrum or Kanban practices

• You are located in or have a 6-hour overlap with CET (-2 to +2) time zones for effective collaboration

• You’re eligible to obtain a visa and can travel to Italy within three months of hiring
