What You'll Do
- Define and prioritize features and requirements for WiSNAM’s Power Plant Controllers (PPC), ensuring alignment with renewable energy systems such as wind, PV, BESS, green hydrogen, and microgrids.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the central fleet management system and Farsight™ integrations.
- Create and manage a detailed product backlog for both in-plant and cloud components, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee sprints, milestones, and delivery timelines to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective collaboration.

Requirements

You are smart and get things done

You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in industrial automation or energy sectors

You are familiar with renewable energy systems, including wind, PV, BESS, and green hydrogen

You are familiar with Beckhoff platforms and MQTT
-
You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects

You’re an Agile champion with experience implementing Scrum or Kanban practices

You are located in or have a 6-hour overlap with CET (-2 to +2) time zones for effective collaboration

You’re eligible to obtain a visa and can travel to Italy within three months of hiring
