Aker Solutions together with Randstad, is currently looking for a Site Quality Manager who will join the team and strengthen capabilities in Verdal yard (Norway).

your tasks

- Demonstrate HSSE and quality leadership by emphasizing personal commitment and promoting company principles.- Drive the quality management and continuous improvement processes in the project.- Ensure quality management of subcontractors and suppliers.- Plan and execute internal and external audits and verifications.- Manage the NCR process, ensuring non-conformities are reported and corrected.- Report on quality activities to internal teams and the client.- Liaise with the client's quality management team to maintain alignment.

what we expect

- A couple of years of work experience in a similar position in the energy sector (or similar).- Master's, Bachelor's degree within quality management or similar (the lack of degree may be compensated by technical experience).- Solid English proficiency, Norwegian is nice to have.- Availability to work on international assignment.- Knowledge of ISO standards.- Computer literate (MS Office).- Excellent communication skills. - Exceptional attention to safety and the ability to perform tasks with the highest level of accuracy.- Team player attitude with openness to work in international environment.
