For one of our clients in the Netherlands, we are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking - Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing international shipments and complex logistics operations.

Function description

  • Organize import and export transport for spare parts and aftermarket, ensuring timely documentation (customs forms, invoices, packing lists, and payment documents).
  • Coordinate both regular and complex (project cargo) shipments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advise on logistics-related aspects of tenders, L/Cs, commercial agreements, and complex transport solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international transport laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support smooth logistical operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency


Requirements

  • A completed MBO diploma in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth knowledge of international transport, complex project shipments, and related documentation.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures, formalities, and legal requirements.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • An EU work visa is required.
