Is assigned analysis tasks and (smaller) projects to manage end to end OR collates appropriate data and provides output that can be used and interpreted by other team members. Ensures routine allocated activities are conducted reliably and progress or issues communicated. Delivers the works as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks. Work is reviewed by more senior colleagues. Identifies areas of improvement when applying the existing methodology and suggests changes. Impacts the quality of parts of reports by delivering high quality analysis. Provides indirect advice which is further synthesized by senior colleagues. Process Analyst in Trading & Supply

Skilled in Process Mapping & Create value add for the business through supporting and delivering process improvements:

• Identify dependencies with other processes in e2e.
• Develop an effective working relationship and work closely with e2e business partners.
• Share and implement process-related best practices.
• Support COP in documenting and improving processes within LoaD (Life of a Deal) in the complete and comprehensive way, including the elements of risk and controls.
• Collaborate with business and Functions Partners to ensure consistency in risk, controls, and process standards in the e2e of the LoaD process.

Key Experiences and Qualifications:

• Experience in managing the conversation for mapping and documenting processes.
• Applying Continuous Improvement (CI) for business value delivery through efficiencies, optimization, and simplification.
• Experience in process establishment, documentation, process mapping, Encourage adoption of best practices.
• Experience in mapping and documenting processes in Viso and/or BiZZdesign.
• Prioritize and deliver actions that will add most value and will drive business success, balancing short and long-term implications.
• Demonstrates a One Team Mindset, can identify Natural Teams, and gains business knowledge to understand how e2e business partners and processes can align strategic success goals.
• Experience to effectively work in a global, virtual setting. Solicit a variety of diverse perspectives and inputs in developing and managing stakeholder relationships and responding to stakeholder expectations and concerns.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication & influencing skills. Understand the importance of proactive stakeholder management and the use of appropriate tools to achieve the buy-in and commitment required for program delivery and sustained adoption.
• LEAN/Six Sigma/Agile CIP1 certified practitioner will be an advantage.
