Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical training programs, including structured syllabi and course content.
- Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and best practices while meeting competency requirements for engineering and technical personnel.
- Oversee the design, review, and enhancement of training courses to reflect technological advancements and operational needs.
- Prepare training manuals and deliver approved training programs for engineering staff, ensuring knowledge transfer aligns with engineering and maintenance operations.
- Manage training resources, including course materials, budgets, and instructor allocation, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess training effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure training policies are up to date, aligning with industry regulations and best practices.
- Maintain training records, assess trainee performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to support workforce development.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for training courses, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with external training providers to ensure access to specialized programs as needed.
- Ensure adequate availability of qualified trainers and examiners to meet training requirements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and undertake additional tasks as required by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- OPITO Certified Assessor and Trainer of Trainers (TOT) Certified.
- Extensive experience in technical training, engineering development, and assessment.
- 10–12 years of LNG industry experience, with at least 5 years in technical training.
- Strong understanding of engineering regulatory frameworks and industry compliance standards.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive training initiatives.
