Asa Lead Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inmanaging and optimizing the logistics operations to ensure efficient supplychain management. You will be responsible for overseeing the transportation,warehousing, and distribution of goods. Your primary objectives will includecoordinating logistics activities, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuringtimely delivery of products to our customers. By leveraging your experience inlogistics and supply chain management, you will contribute to the success ofour operations and customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you will work out of ourSocorro, TX location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain, improvecustomer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell'slogistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation,warehousing, and distribution
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products tocustomers
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensuresmooth logistics operations
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance and implement processimprovements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Lead and develop a team of logistics associates

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
