JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
• Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality targets.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, and coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and capabilities, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures per SOP and quality manual.
