Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our nuclear pharmacy team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to healthcare facilities. The Delivery Coordinator will manage delivery schedules, communicate with drivers, and uphold strict safety and regulatory standards under the direction of the President.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):
Education and/or Certifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Willing to pursue Certified Pharmacy Technician License

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our nuclear pharmacy team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of radiopharmaceuticals to healthcare facilities. The Delivery Coordinator will manage delivery schedules, communicate with drivers, and uphold strict safety and regulatory standards under the direction of the President.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of radiopharmaceuticals to ensure timely and compliant distribution.
- Act as a delivery driver as needed.
- Communicate with drivers to provide clear instructions, delivery details, and address any route changes.
- Monitor and track deliveries to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with nuclear pharmacy regulations.
- Assist with training of new employees to understand pharmacy and all delivery procedures
- Support delivery drivers to deliver correct patient medications to facilities in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including documentation required by regulatory agencies.
- Perform general laboratory and facility clean up.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to prioritize urgent orders and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure transport equipment meets safety standards.
- Flexibility to cover 2:30am - 10:30am shift as needed.
- Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed.
Education and/or Certifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Willing to pursue Certified Pharmacy Technician License
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
- Knowledge of routing and training drivers
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
