JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY

1. Represent the organization in a responsible and professional manner.
2. Should have SABER experience to confirm SASO certificate & FASH.
3. Coordinating with the different BU, sales, compliance, Freight Forwarders and customers to ensure delivery is on time. pre alert to send immediately after shipment moved.
4. Documents preparation (CIPL/Coo/attestation) for ready orders/shipments and screening before dispatch (visual compliance)
5. As soon as bayan received/inspection done request duty payment to finance with proper approvals.
6. Responsible to use customer portal for shipping when required.
7. Maintaining accurate data of shipping docs and bayan soft copy.
8. Updating trucker sheet to keep a track of each and every shipment in and out.
9. Administer the incoming and outgoing requirements for the company.
10. Ensure accurate input of details in relation to the various paperwork systems for the import and export of goods for the company.
11. Responsible for following up with FF's and negotiate for the best rate.
12. Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedure for product transit or delivery.
13. Responsible for producing and collating invoices, shipping, and transport documents.
14. Maintain filing systems of all incoming and outgoing paperwork and archiving these details in accordance with local requirements.
15. Liaison with the various transport and packing companies to ensure that items are adequately packed to meet customer and legislative requirements.
16. Responsible for expediting company goods and materials from various locations globally.
17. Handling enquiries in Logistics related matters from other members or staff.
18. Keep logs and records of executed orders etc.
19. To ensure that high standards of housekeeping are maintained in the logistics department.
20. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
21. To actively participate in the training identified and required by the immediate manager or recommended by the human resource department.
22. To assist in internal and external audits of customer equipment.
23. Engaged in any other activities required by the Warehouse Manager.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Proven experience in logistics.
2. Good knowledge of Oil and Gas spare parts.
3. Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
4. Excellent knowledge of HS codes.
5. Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Relevant experience
6. Min 5 years of experience in Logistics.
7. Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
8. Good understanding of supply chain processes.
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
10. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
13. Able to speak different languages.
14. Able to work with ERP system. (SAP, Sage, Oracle)
