General ManagementAssist in the formulation of strategy, annual business plan / budget, policies and procedures. Assist Director-FEA in planning and organizing our activities to ensure that the plans, procedures and programs are met through the optimization and efficient utilization of available resources and that staff are motivated, developed, trained to realize potential and make significant contributions to support organization’s business strategy. Create and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring for the assigned territory and monitor their achievements on a regular basis. Lead and inspire the staff under his/her supervision to set and achieve set targets in order to maximize Company’s, and their own, potential.
