You will act as a subject matter expert, engaging stakeholders across the organization to embed a culture of HSE excellence, enhance the HSE Management System, and promote continuous improvement. This role requires a strong background in safety leadership, change management, and strategic planning in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Key Requirements:

Bachelors in engineering, Science, or related field
8+ years’ experience in HSE, with a strong track record in strategic development within Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals
Must have strategic experience with HSE Improvement initiatives
Demonstrated success in culture change, stakeholder engagement, and communications for HSE improvement
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
