General ManagementAs a Logistics Analyst II here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You willbe responsible for assuring day to day logistics operations are performedaccordingly to business and market's needs; acting as a key enabler to meet ourfinancial commitments. With your expertise in logistics management and stronganalytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency,and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Logistics Managerand you'll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule. Inthis role, you will impact the company by improving the efficiency of ourlogistics operations, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of productsto our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute logistics strategies toenhance efficiency and reduce costs; while meeting our commitments withcustomers
• Manage the end-to-end logistics flow. Including reverse logisticsto guarantee our assets are returned on timely manner
• Participate in businesspulse meetings, working together with customer service and account managers toprioritize activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-partylogistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across theorganization
YOUMUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations in thechemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, andreverse logistics principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or arelated field.
