Main function of the job: -
Responsible for analysing, and interpting data to provide insights that support the management decisions and help improve the company operations. Preparing and delivering the project reports including developing various report formats, dashboards, presentation and others as required by project management as well as ensures project data and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Collect and analyse data to develop insights and recommendation for company business decision.
- Report status of project schedule to appropriate projects and company management by using project management updated software.
- Responsible for maintaining the project management information system to support report generation.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide recommendations for engineering and construction process improvement,
- Ensure projects data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
- Engage in full development life cycle of large EPC projects to enable more effective strategic, tactical and management insights from Feed to commissioning stages of the projects.
- Communicate finding and insights to stakeholder through presentations and written reports.
- Enhance the report quality and presentation.
- Prepare, generate projects reports and distribute to projects stockholder.
- Develop and implement data quality checks or ensure accuracy and consistent of data.
- Assist project control manger on data analysis, what if scenario, identify bottle nicks, critical items and assist follow up with stakeholder
- Review consultant / contractor reports and provide constructive comments for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience: -
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in engineering management /computer science.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in data management analysis, data visualisation tools, generation projects reports including digital reporting with power BI in oil and gas industry large EPC projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skill
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Computers skills MS office.
Summary of Terms & Conditions:
• Work Cycle of 56/21 including Travel Days for American, Eastern and Western Europe, others 65/21 , including Travel Days
