This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results. Each day, you will be responsible to meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level). You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role is contributing to the factory of Electrification Smart Buildings division in Ramos Arizpe. You will be mainly accountable for: • Monitoring plan implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action. • Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources. • Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations. • Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time. Qualifications for the role

• You have experience in the operations area (production) in the industry or a similar field.
• Ability to demonstrate skills in leading complex multidisciplinary teams.
• You have experience managing indicators (KPIs) with positive results.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with global guidelines.
• Knowledge in quality, manufacturing, demand planning, or continuous improvement is an asset.
• Experience in the electrification industry is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is valuable.
• You can communicate easily in English at a fluent level.
• You have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering.
