Function description

• Act as the main shore-side reference for daily operational issues.
• Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and communication procedures.
• Serve as the liaison between vessels, agents, brokers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee vessel maintenance schedules and operational readiness.
• Monitor vessel performance and manage voyage-related activities.
• Lead budget planning, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Technical or Marine education background.
• Experience in commercial and operational maritime activities.
• Strong knowledge of operational and information systems.
• Proven leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage certifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to conduct vessel visits and performance appraisals.
