In this position you are the liaison between the business functional areas and the IT side of our production Oracle system, being responsible for daily operation support including issue management, trouble shooting, and coordination with functional support teams and technical developers for resolution. You will focus on Oracle Order Management, Order Product Configuration, and Order Pricing functionality including external order related systems integrations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Investigate and deploy new Oracle Order Management functionality for applicability to PRM and its business requirements.
• Consult with business users on possible improvement strategies regarding Oracle Order Management
• Ensure enhancement requests from the business are optimized for the organization globally and the solutions become part of the PRM Global Oracle design.
• Critically evaluate enhancement requests, business objectives, ROI, alternatives etc.
• Gather and prepare the functional requirement specifications for enhancement projects, workflow definitions and deliverables (Stage Gate process, RFC process, IT Project Database)
• Manage and execute approved business process and systems improvement projects.
• Prepare support documentation for new functionality and enhancements.
• Maintain close contact with the Customer Service and Order Entry departments and their management in the factories and sales offices to pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situation; Train and mentor users as required in functional/ business process areas.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Oracle
• Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with ERP implementations
• Experience with SQL
