Key responsibilities will include: ? Financial modeling of project acquisitions, portfolios, and projects geared toward evaluating new markets, participants, products, or corporate acquisitions. ? Assist with transaction management, including due diligence (data rooms/research), project documentation, transaction closing, portfolio management, and other tasks directed by management. ? Coordinate engagement with financial institutions, investment and commercial banks, tax equity investors, and other capital sources active in the renewable energy / distributed energy and electrical infrastructure segments. ? Partner with internal teams, including business development, legal, marketing, engineering, and project analysis, to evaluate and support opportunities from origination to closing
