Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Manager to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of ensuring supplier quality and compliance with industry standards. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier quality processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to support the company's renewable energy initiatives
• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards and drive corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance
• Monitor and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Lead supplier qualification and selection processes to ensure alignment with company standards
• Provide guidance and support to suppliers on quality requirements and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
