ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner. We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services."

The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business analysis for the Data & Analytics department, offering both technical and business process/data expertise to support decisions on new or modified IS solutions and services within scope.
• Apply knowledge of related business processes to shape and align IS solutions and services, supporting their development and delivery.
• Identify and prioritize functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define functional solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Select, adopt, and tailor appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques based on the project context.
• Conduct advanced modeling and analysis activities to support major transformation initiatives or change programs.
• Contribute to IS Problem and IS Incident Management by identifying recurring defects and eliminating their root causes, helping reduce ticket volume.
• Proactively support issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other negative impact on the project or service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
• 2 years of experience in Snowflake and data modeling
• Knowledge in Data warehouse architecture, ETL tools, business requirements gathering, and consulting, Software development methodologies (e.g., Agile / DevOps) and programming languages, particularly SQL
• Fluent spoken and written English (Min. C1 Level)
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
