This Position reports to:
Project Management Office Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education - preferably in logistics, transportation, management, economics, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding (experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus).
• Experience in organizing domestic and international transport.
• Practical knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
• Experience in quality, procurement, or order processing is a plus.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling communication with international clients and suppliers.
• Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, international trade, and transportation.
• Ability to work under time pressure, independence, and good self-organization skills.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating domestic and international exports and imports.
• Arranging transportation and packaging of finished goods and additional materials.
• Preparing shipping schedules and cooperating with carriers, freight forwarding companies, and customs agencies.
• Preparing and supervising transport and customs documentation, ensuring its accuracy and proper archiving.
• Ensuring appropriate cost allocation, checking whether transport costs remain within the project's budget.
• Monitoring shipment status and informing clients/internal departments about progress.
• Verifying the correctness of delivery-related documents, approving external invoices, monitoring overdue invoices in the business unit, and describing and approving transport invoices.
• Supporting the resolution of ongoing logistical issues.
