Job Purpose
- Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modelling, or other methods to develop practical solutions to support logistics improvement as long-term view.
- Analyze the potential opportunity to optimize the operation cost for PDT, S&H and SDT. Initiative and implement the relevant projects to deliver the savings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Data modelling and support data warehouse upgrade by understanding the data user's requirement of data and report.
- Design the collection of data from variety of sources, Identify and examine the digital information to figure out what is relevant to a problem and what methods might be used to analyse it.
- Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modelling, or other methods to analyse information and develop practical solutions to business problems.
- Check the effectiveness of the solutions through data gathering and benchmark before and after the change.
- Bridge the cost impact factors and worked with the key stakeholders like Finance, planning, Offering, etc. to well manage the logistics budget plan.
- Analyze the potential opportunities to optimize the operation cost for PDT, S&H and SDT and initiate projects for both efficiency and operational cost saving beyond the global programs.
Requirements:
Education
- University graduate with degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics Modelling or related areas
- Languages: English - Fluent
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years related working experience preferably in supply chain operations.
- Mastery skill of Power BI / Tableau, and WMS/TMS system development and implementation. Python abilities is preferred
- Good communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.
- Partnership and collaboration.
- High-class sense of proactive thinking.
- Strong ability in time & resource management
