The post holder is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Manage overhead costs through effective budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Lead the finance compliance agenda by ensuring that all financial operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to drive financial performance and deliver business results.
Qualification and Relevant experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
• 15+ years of related experience in financial reporting and compliance or a similar role.
• Proven experience in financial operations, reporting and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, resourceful with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Results orientated with good leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
