Roles & ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and analyze logistics risk clauses in project bids, transportation plans, and freight cost estimates.Maintain and update logistics-related risk clauses in company contracts, ensuring alignment with sales team requirements.Approve exceptions to standard logistics risk clauses during contract negotiations.Work closely with procurement to design tailored logistics bidding strategies, including specialized requirements such as large component replacements, and prepare corresponding tender documentation.Serve as part of the logistics category team to review transportation contracts and amendments, and contribute to supplier performance management.Oversee contract handovers, support route surveys, and assist in day-to-day project logistics operations.Contribute to the creation and improvement of business process frameworks for project logistics solutions.Qualifications: 1. Education & Major: - Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Trade, Management, or related fields. 2. Internship Experience: - Prior internship experience in logistics, supply chain, or the renewable energy industry is preferred. 3. Core Knowledge & Skills: - Knowledge: Understanding of project management and logistics management frameworks and logic. - Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities; clear thinking; self-driven with good stress tolerance; capable of working efficiently and planning follow-up tasks proactively; proficient in English; willingness to travel as needed.
