With Digital Procurement, specifically, we lower cost, improve supplier collaboration and manage procurement risk through the development, deployment and anchoring of digital procurement solutions together with our business partners, focusing on effective adoption to ensure that tools and processes are used as intended to deliver value.

Responsibilities

Product Development
  • Collaborate as one product team to deliver functional requirements addressing business needs in the areas of Digital Procurement (Sourcing/Contracting, Order Collaboration, Supplier Lifecycle/Performance, Supplier Quality, Sustainability) and QHSE
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Architect in splitting EPICs into working user stories
  • Function as the subject matter expert (SME) on the business use case of system functionalities
  • Gather requirements for user stories with business users
  • Collaborate with the Process team to ensure requirements fit the process design / policy
  • Responsible for testing of new functionalities; responsible for developing test cases as per user guide/use cases, and documenting test results

Business Engagement and Capability Building
  • Be the interface of the product with the business super users and suppliers (as needed)
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining end-user documentation on system functionalities in relation to the business process
  • Responsible for building training materials and the initial deployment of new functionalities to the business
  • Capability building with regards to the product functionalities within the business super users enables a self-supporting organization
  • Work with the process team to ensure that a system documentation linked to process documentation is available for users' reference
  • Act as third-level support for any training/capability issues regarding product functionalities


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or related field
  • 10+ years of total experience and at least 3 years working experience in the same capacity as business analyst, business super user, or system consultant with the above responsibilities
  • Experience with the product setup / agile ways of working
  • Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE and Sustainability domains (business knowledge and systems - example, SAP S/4Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP IPD, Ariba, Sphera, etc)
  • Attentive to details; great collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills required

  • Change Advocacy & Constructive Challenge - You are comfortable questioning the existing methods and suggesting improvements to how we work. You bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to propose changes that better support our goals
  • You are able to navigate an environment with shifting priorities. You know how to ask the right questions to break down complex scenarios and help the team make informed decisions that align with business needs
